• Free Accommodation is available for young adults (18 – 35) for the conference week. The Church Hall is available from 4.00pm Monday to sometime Saturday. The upper limit of 35 is approximate.
• Aaron and Sharon Lewis will be hosts for the week. Aaron is pastor of Crosslanes Chapel at Ibsley in the New Forest.
• Please book in advance to ensure we have a place for you.
• Church Hall has a number of rooms or areas with bunk beds. There will be separation between male and female areas. Please bring a sleeping bag and pillow case.
• Church Hall has showers, washing rooms and toilets etc
• Conference accommodation will be self catering. There will be no meals provided. However, the following items will be provided for your use: milk, tea, coffee, squash, sugar, butter, jam, marmalade, bread and some cereal.
• Church kitchens will be available for heating food. Hot water dispensers will be available. Instructions on use will be provided on arrival.
• There are mini supermarkets across the road from the Church Hall. There are also plenty of good restaurants about 15 minutes walk on Wellfield Road, Albany Road, City Road and Crwys Road.
• Church Hall has good internet provision which will be freely available.
• Young adults of the ages 18-35 who are not staying overnight are welcome to use the facilities during day times. In other words, you are welcome to invite friends to use the Church Hall facilities.
• Further details on health and safety and the use of the building will be available on arrival.
